"Honesty is the best policy" and since we want to be honest with you from the start of our relationship, we will advise you & explain in detail all the rules pertaining to your booking in case you have to amend or postpone or cancel any segment of your trip.

Upmarket Travel does NOT charge for any service or booking fees on any of the above services.

Since we do not have any agreements with airlines, we can help you to procure the best available airfare for your trip.

As per our commitment - "Honesty is the best policy", we would like to inform you that we will charge the following:

  • for any domestic airline ticket R290.00 per ticket
  • for any international airline ticket R490.00 per ticket

The above charges are for our administrative and processing time which includes: telephone calls, emails etc and obviously our time. In order to assist you with any aspect of your travel itinerary & plans, or if you wish to change any of them, please advise us accordingly so we can help and make the necessary amendments.
